Inclusive Design Institute Launch at OCADU

Last week on May 24th OCAD University launched the Inclusive Design Institute at 49 McCaul St. Partnering with seven other postsecondary institutions including York U, U of T, George Brown, Ryerson, Sheridan College, Seneca College, and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, the IDI acts as a "generative hub of innovative applied research that addresses the timely and critical challenge of digital inclusion for the full range of human diversity".

In affiliation with OCAD's Inclusive Design Research Centre (IDRC), myself and four fellow artists were part of the SHIFT exhibition that opened the day of the IDI launch. I had two works installed at the opening which included Fall to Pieces (5 minute video) and Miss Skeene and Miss Furr (illustrated print).
